I want to express my displeasure at the Chiltiupan branch in Ciudad Merliot. I entered the store and a man named David Valle, an employee of your company, was being arrogant toward other employees. He even used profanity in front of me and other customers. This isn't the first time, but it will be the last time I go to the company to buy something. It's crazy that your own employees are so arrogant toward their own colleagues, belittling them and treating them poorly. The camaraderie seems nonexistent, and the entire branch seems full of vipers. Hire people who are capable of working for the company, not mediocre ones. The food is declining in quality, and the only thing worthwhile might be the desserts.Very expensive and the service is bad, the food is cold and they serve what they offer.Excellent food 👌 and everything very cleanVery rich experience
