ExcellentIncredible service! We ordered a banquet for our house, and unfortunately, the potatoes didn't look their best. The manager was very kind and courteous in providing a quick and efficient solution. We were surprised when they delivered more product to our doorstep as an apology!Not all restaurants have an excellent customer service mindset. Some even have a certain hostility. You've really gone the extra mile!P.S. To the owners/supervisors, please sincerely review this case and take this attitude and service into account so you can compensate appropriately! Employee of the month! 🙌👏Excellent place with delicious foodIf you are willing to wait 35 minutes for your drinks and 1 hour and 44 minutes for your appetizer and 2 hours for your food this is your restaurant. Bad service no structure to valued efficient and effective customer service. The fried calamari smelled rotten and horribly fishy. Fried mozzarella sticks were cold and like rubber. As per our main dish I believe they were still trying to catch the cow and butcher it because it never came to our table after 2 hours of waiting. Absolutely atrocious management and kitchen skills. Poor poor serviceI had a bad experience at Tony Roma's on June 13, 2025. Everything from the customer service to the food was poor. I was kept waiting longer than the allotted time, and the food was overcooked and had an unpleasant taste. I will not go to Tony Roma's again.
