Good atmosphere, food so-soThe food was good and the place is nice, but I was very disappointed with the way they handled the payment. When I asked for the bill, they simply gave me the total without asking if I wanted to include a tip, and then I realized (when I was far from the place) that they had added it directly without prior notice.I believe that tipping should be a customer's choice, not something that is imposed without consultation. These types of practices generate distrust, and although the service was correct, it does not seem fair to me that they did not give me the option to decide.Out of respect for the client, they should be clear and transparent with these types of charges.The patatas don't have any chili, much less cheese, and they add two lines of it, and they cost $5.50, honestly, when the samples don't cost more than $3. And the torta I ordered, the torta super loca, is a small loaf, and don't even think it's freshly baked bread, it's falling apart, and for $6.50, it's not much more than $5, well paid.
Plus, a 5% tip for waiting a while.
