I placed two delivery orders and both were canceled because, according to the restaurant, they didn't have the products. They never gave a solution and I have to wait more than 7 days for a refund of almost $100.

Tortilandia is located in the heart of Barcelona near the Barcelona Cathedral and Plaza Boyaca, it is easily accessible. Excellent meals, desserts, coffees and the cold drinks are top notch. Very good food, generous portions, very tasty. Luxury attention. Recommended for snack, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has a privileged location near the Cathedral, near Lecheria and Puerto La Cruz. Excellent meals, good location, maintains its tradition with the best cakes and desserts in the northern area of the Anzoategui State, standing out for the wide variety of cakes and coffees it offers to locals and visitors to the northern area of Anzoategui with a first-class staff that strives for attention and service. They have very good condition of their facilities. With nearby open and very safe parking lots. It has extensive facilities for its visitors. It is well located and close to several places of interest in Barcelona.

Their products are excellent, the service is very good as is the atmosphere. I love it!

The attention is very bad

Regular cakes. Very fluffy, so fluffy they look like a dish sponge. It would be great if they made real cakes; they'd be a huge success. It would make the business sell a lot.
