The best Italian restaurant! Nicola is an authentic Italian chef!The food is very good, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is excellent. A good restaurant.The food, drinks, and desserts are an unforgettable experience. If you come to Cobán, visit this extraordinary place in the middle of nature. The chef and his wife are wonderful people and human beings.The chef, Nicola, was very kind and approached us to confirm our satisfaction with the food: we loved it! Each dish is a different experience. We ordered the salmon carpaccio, the margherita pizza, and the caprese salad, all of which were delicious! The pistachio dessert was also incredible.Nicola also suggested a wine to go with the dishes, which was exquisite.We will definitely return!The best food I've ever had, the lasagna is very good and the pizzas are incredible.Arrogant chef tells us we're impatient. We waited three hours for our food: frozen lasagna, Margherita pizza with ham.Terrible. He's famous and the food is good, but the service is unsavory.TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ABUSIVE TREATMENTThe food may have been good, but nothing justifies the treatment received by the chef and his staff. The chef is abusive and arrogant.We waited almost three hours for our food. When it finally arrived, our order was incomplete. To "resolve" the issue, they tried to fill it with raw pasta, as if that were acceptable.When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the chef became offended, demanded "more patience," and threatened to cancel the entire experience. A regrettable and unacceptable experience. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.Food is 10/10 the chef truly knows italian food.
But the restaurant is in dire need of administrative leadership.
Service is slow, orders are mixed up, servers dont talk to one another.
The amazing food is messed up by the experience.
You need to hire a Server Captain!! We waited 20min to get the check. 2 of our orders were incorrect, but I just ate it because they take so long.

I would return as many times as necessary. Chef Nicola is always attentive and willing to serve us, especially when it comes to preparing exquisite dishes. Thank you for your attention and for bringing Italy to our beautiful Cobán.
