I really enjoyed my lunch, the burger was good, however gloves were required because the burgers are well filled, they were kindly offered to me as well as an assortment of very appreciable sauce, I unfortunately only got to try the burgers but the other dishes looked appetizing, I highly recommend.

At UATA? on Batista Campos, the food is delicious, but the service needs to be more transparent. I ordered a combo, and the server didn't tell me, right after I placed the order, that the cone wouldn't come because the vending machine was broken. She only told me at the end because I questioned it when I saw the item on the receipt. She should have informed me earlier or replaced the cone with another item. They didn't do this and didn't even give me a discount on the bill, considering the combo was incomplete.

The environment is very bad, fungus on the ceiling and a strong smell of fungus.

The atmosphere is pleasant, but it needs a little more care with the cleanliness of the place, highlighting the musty smell and the cleanliness of the restaurant ceiling.

The musty smell is unbearable in the room, please improve this, there are even spiders on the ceiling, you used to be better.
