The height of service was amazing. They kept us seated for 35 minutes after we placed our order. When we asked if our food was taking too long, they told us there was a problem in the kitchen and they didn't have our order. How disrespectful.

Every time I come to Pereira I stop by this restaurant, their food is delicious and their service is very friendly, I recommend the rice soup and the wine lemonade

Very good service. Very friendly. A varied menu and many affordable prices. Excellent seasoning. The Urbano chicken is delicious, and its breading is very special, with a hint of toast and a mild buttery flavor. The lulo soda is also refreshing and delicious.

Excellent place, delicious food and great service

The food and service were very good, but when we asked for a receipt, they didn't provide it. They asked for my cell phone number and email address to send me an electronic invoice, which never arrived.

Unfortunately, our experience at the Urbano restaurant in the La Arboleda shopping center (top floor) was very disappointing. The service was poor from the start. What we came for was unavailable, and they offered us another dish, but the meat they brought was mostly fatty. Furthermore, the order took quite a while. To top it off, when we paid, they gave us a handwritten receipt with pen and paper because, they told us, the system wasn't working. I wouldn't return, nor do I recommend it.

The worst service in history, it doesn't even help if you yourself go to order the menu cards at the bar, they are not going to take the order and what they say is that they have no management at the moment, we always come back because the food is good, but really they should only sell addresses, out of 10 times it is the fourth time that we have to leave without them even taking an order. The only one who is saved is the boy at the cash register, who is very kind. But it seems that the restaurant system is a fiasco, to say the least.

We waited for more than an hour at the Unicentro restaurant and our order was given to other people

I love their food, especially how they prepare the meat.
