We ordered an appetizer and asked the waiter about the flavors: they were told that they were meatless. We have been vegetarians for over 10 years... When we arrived at the table, there was a salmon appetizer. We were very upset because it was our anniversary. We called the manager and he didn't apologize at all. He even took a while to find a solution, after our looks of discontent... He swapped the salmon appetizer for another one with sun-dried tomatoes, but we had already eaten the fish... We ordered a pasta dish and honestly? I can make better at home for R$85.00. Salty sauce, overcooked pasta that looked like it was prepared at the store. A bill of almost R$400.00 that really wasn't worth it. The only positive thing is the place, which is beautiful.

Today the service was terrible and incredibly slow. We ordered a picanha (picanha) and it was super tough. When questioned, they said it was the cooking time (we ordered medium-rare). They brought another one, and unfortunately, it was also tough. When you cut it, you could feel the fibers being cut.I won't be back. Paying a lot for bad food and bad service is a no-go.

Today we went to lunch and, to my surprise, the food took about an hour to be served. They could have warned me at the entrance, which I think is perfectly fair; then it's up to the customer to decide whether or not to wait. P.S. And it wasn't crowded. We ordered lasagna and a picanha dish. The dish was picanha, mashed potatoes, and farofa. The picanha had a LOT of fat, plain farofa, and the mashed potatoes were plain. The portion was very small for what it was. The lasagna had more tomato sauce than anything else; I didn't eat it all. I'm well aware of the restaurant's approach... and when it's expensive for little food, it was wonderful and delicious, okay. However, that wasn't the case. I paid a lot, little food, and nothing surprising. We only paid for the atmosphere, which is very pleasant and beautiful. Honestly, I won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, unfortunately. P.S. Now I understand why the restaurant next door had a long line to get in and this one doesn't have the same structure... but that's the thing, good food fills any restaurant.

The food isn't bad per se, but the service is extremely slow. The food takes a long time to arrive, which ruins the overall experience.

It's one of my favorite restaurants. We loved the risotto and pizza, as well as the drinks, which are great. The atmosphere is super nice, and it's a bit different from the hustle and bustle of Rio de Janeiro. Although I really like the restaurant, I have one thing to say about the service. Every time we went, it took a while to order and when we got there, it took a while to be greeted and find a table.

The ambiance is very nice, indeed. However, the service is terrible. The waiters are grumpy and pretend they don't see you. A dish takes between 40 minutes and an hour... and the dishes arrived incorrectly, with missing portions, cold cuts, and the meat cooked incorrectly. Another half hour was spent trying to fix it. The food is OK, simple enough to belie the wait. It's not worth the hassle.

Great service, beautiful place and wonderful food, I ate a wonderful picanha.
