Great place, the prices are fair for the quality of the cuts and totally worth it. We needed a place like this downtown.

Voraz Grill pleasantly surprised us. The service was simply exceptional. From the very first moment, the attention was warm, attentive, and very professional. Our waitress—a very kind young woman—took the time to listen to us with genuine interest, and her recommendations couldn't have been more accurate.We opted for the salmon, and it was a true culinary gem: perfectly cooked, juicy, with a spectacular flavor, and a presentation that whetted our appetite just by looking at it.The atmosphere of the place is charming: a relaxed yet elegant setting, ideal for enjoying without rushing. And the restaurant itself is beautiful, with a design that blends good taste, comfort, and a modern touch that makes it very special.Without a doubt, an experience that exceeds expectations. Highly recommended!

A delicious experience at Voraz Grill.Located inside the Casona Vergara Gastronomic Center, it's definitely a place to experience and enjoy in the heart of Querétaro.This time, we tried the green shrimp aaguachile, fresh and perfectly balanced between acidity and spiciness; the Voraz Burger, juicy, with a soft brioche bun and a touch of goat cheese that makes it unforgettable; and the Picaña, tender and with a great grilled flavor, placed on a hot griddle, to give it the finish of your choice.The atmosphere is pleasant, whether in the dining room, which I find extremely cozy, or in the porches that open onto a central courtyard with a fountain. The service is attentive, especially Toño, who is always attentive and helpful. The prices are slightly high considering the local market, but are nevertheless in line with the quality they offer.A plus is that they have parking; look for it as "Casona Vergara Parking."It's definitely worth a return visit!

A delightful place. A place to relax and enjoy a traditional Querétaro afternoon in an oasis within the historic center of Querétaro.

Debut and farewell. Pros? The complimentary pork rinds and the flavor of the rib eye pork rinds. Cons? 1. The service was very slow, there were only two tables and bringing a glass of wine took several minutes. And carry an aguachile more than 20. Too much for what it is. 2. Cucumber and rosemary lemonade is very bad, it tastes like squirt and that's it. 3. And the worst thing... the aguachile shrimp was spoiled. We returned the saucer better. In exchange they offered us some complimentary ice cream but nah, offering a raw and spoiled dish if not even in fonditas. And for the place and the cost, if it is already not to return.

I had high expectations of the place and it was a disappointment, they deceive with what they offer at the buffet, I never saw the consommé except the barbecue and when we asked them about it, no one knew anything, the food is very cold and not very good looking, they say there is juice and it is papaya water and the burnt beans spoiled, the service is very slow and not at all friendly, I would never recommend it
