Urgent: Very expensive Italian dishes served to the public with serious weaknesses in hygiene and cleaning techniques in their utensils to the customer, the most serious and incredible thing is that the event was repeated at our table 3 times, it was complained while the owner, Ms. Ana Tromba, was there and she behaved indifferently, not even when faced with our call to talk she had the delicacy to approach to apologize for what happened, with the poorly washed glasses full of lipstick from another diner, even a hair was found on one of the plates of food. How unfortunate to end our dinner uncomfortable due to the poor service and attention of the establishment, end of the world really...! in a recognized Restaurant in Maracay, and how demanding they are in their prices... NOTE: They must review more up-to-date methods in the application of Food Handling Standards because they do not comply with them. Likewise, a call is made to the competent Health Authorities to visit, check and, if necessary, sanction this Local Vulcano in the Urb. La Soledad, Maracay, Aragua State. I am at your service.
