I'm on a diet and they went to the trouble of preparing a salad for me with chicken, pineapple, and a drink included. I really appreciate their effort. Excellent service and prices. I don't understand why they aren't more satisfied. Honestly, the prices are affordable and the food is delicious, not to mention the kindness and attention.I do not recommend this branch, the quality is not the same, it is very bad. I got some frozen hard fries maybe reheated about 3 times, they felt chewy. And the drink tastes like a powdered drink with a lot of water because it doesn't have any flavor. 0 starsI ordered the breasts with strip-style potatoes, very delicious and 100% chicken breast, good breading and good flavor 10/10, the garlic dressing was super delicious, they offer several types of dressings to choose from. The potatoes were very delicious 9/10, as for the price I felt it was a little high but considering that they are not an international franchise I think it is reasonable, the cashier was very attentive and friendly. I hope to try the fried chicken and churros next time.The first time we tried it my mom ordered a chicken burger and when I tried it I was delighted, the fries were very good and the chicken... But the second time I went and this time I ordered... God it wasn't my lucky day maybe or the cooks were in a bad mood because the fries were half raw, they had an unpleasant appearance, black as if burnt with no flavor. The chicken is not to be mentioned... It didn't taste the same as the first time, the drinks looked like colored water. But they lack a lot of coordination in the team, the cashier with the kitchen and vice versa, I saw that the cooks take command but are not in communication with the cashier. We ordered a duo for $11.90 and some waffle fries for $6.95, everything was to go and when we later reviewed the order the fries were French which cost $1 less on the menu. The food is good, and they have many options but as a business they need to improve the service and process in general.At the Plaza Mundo Soyapango branch, after hearing good reviews on Twitter, we decided to try the food here. What a mistake! Besides the high prices, the food is of terrible quality. We ordered barbacoa wings with ranch, fries, and an iced tea for $6.95. The wings were watery, very bland, and had a rather unpleasant "chuquillo" flavor. Don't spend money on wings here because you won't have a good experience.
