Terrible service. The servers need to improve their customer service and attitude. I've been there several times, and most of the time they get the order wrong, they're missing something, or they put the wrong sauce on the wings. The menu is on a QR code that you open and has a lot of banners that obscure the menu. The last time I went, the server dared to touch my phone and search for the wings on the menu (on my phone) without asking my permission (I didn't ask for help either; he just started searching and touching the screen). This seems like a simple or irrelevant thing, but I personally don't like my personal belongings being touched, especially by a stranger in a restaurant. On the other hand, I found a hair in my drink; it's not the only time this has happened. The kitchen staff should be protected from biosecurity. Customer service could be improved. I don't recommend this place. The music is sometimes too loud, and they get annoyed if you ask them to turn it down a bit. I used to go to that restaurant because they were some of my favorite wings in the city, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I won't be returning for that reason and because the flavor has deteriorated. You're going to pay for what you eat, not order something for free, and even if it were free, that's no way to serve anyone.

The service was good, but the food was very poor, as 1. The wings were average quality, 2. There was little protein compared to what was stated on the menu, and 3. There were too many carbs, as half the plate was left over from potatoes (more potatoes than protein).The food needs to be drastically improved.

Terrible today, June 9, 2025, in one of the hamburgers that were ordered at the table, I got a wire that looked like it was wrapped in plastic and the manager knows it if he sees this message, my recommendation is that you don't get carried away by the facade and look for a better place, I was really shocked even by the waiter who served me in a way there because I wanted to, be careful, then keep an eye out.

The wings are delicious but the customer service is very bad and the food took an hour.

Fast food restaurant. Varied menu, very good service of Chicken wings, with a variety of sauces, good burgers, perfectly cooked potatoes. Spacious, comfortable, and well decorated place, with its own identity. To improve the air conditioning of the place, it is very hot inside. The service must also improve, waiters who are not clear about the dishes that are served, and lack attention management and service. Otherwise highly recommended.

Very good service at Winners, the best margaritas in Cucuta and also the beers.

The atmosphere is very nice and the helmets are delicious but the burger was burnt and the bread was cold as if it had just been taken out of the refrigerator.
