Great atmosphere

A real disappointment in terms of customer service.I returned to this restaurant, which I had previously enjoyed, but this time the final bill was R$350, including service. I had R$320 in cash and offered €10 extra to cover the missing R$30 for service (which came to about R$63). Rather than simply accepting—which would have been logical given the minimal difference and the goodwill—they called a manager.And then, a complete misunderstanding: no sense of communication, zero flexibility, no willingness to explain or handle the situation intelligently. The manager simply repeated mechanically that "no, we don't accept euros," even though I explained that euros were only used to cover the tip/service, not the bill.Fortunately, the server was smarter and finally accepted the €10, understanding that it was for service and that it more than covered the bill.But frankly, making such a fuss over R$25, when the food is decent but not exceptional, is incomprehensible. It's not the food that keeps customers coming back; it's also the respect and expertise in handling simple situations.Too bad, I won't be back. They don't know how to welcome foreign customers, let alone handle a small currency difference with a minimum of common sense.

The staff was very helpful. Highlights included the beef yakisoba, pastries, drinks, and dessert.

Fabulous view, great service. Kitchen, not so much. Pets are welcome, in closed strollers or in carriers

What a wonderful experience, I went for the second time and ordered a salmon dish with black rice, very tasty food and excellent service from the waiters!
