I don't give it 5 stars because the flies keep you from eating peacefully, so you have to be careful with the food at all times. It's maintained its great flavor for years.Very expensive and very bad.Very tasty, very attentive, excellent waiters. Unfortunately, at the end we found a fly in the birria and 3 waiters had to come to solve the problem. They wanted to paint it and say that maybe it was our fault. But just as we are very careful, in the end they discounted the dish. But it was more from outside as if it were our fault. I recommend it.
