A beautiful restaurant with well-presented regional dishes and slightly above-average prices. I had the spaghetti with crayfish, as I wasn't brave enough to face the guinea pig (but those who tried it liked it).Overrated.There are some very good restaurants in Cusco, where you can dine just as well, or even better, for less than half the price.The 7-color menu is €45 per person, and nothing special. Just a tough chicken, a plain alpaca steak...Not worth it.We opted for the tasting menu. My kids ordered individual dishes. The food was very good.We were a group of eight and tried a variety of dishes - every single one was absolutely delicious.

If you're in the area, this place is a must visit!A group of tourists friends invited me to this place that my local foodie friends told me to don't brother myself.And yes, it was very dissapointing. Maybe the tourists like it, but they have no idea about good peruvian cuisine.It's like in Lima, the restaurant Al Toke Pez that people see on Netflix... Terrible experience. 0% peruvian clients.What is going on with Gaston? We are thankful to you for being a great promoter of peruvian gastronomy around the world. However, as a cook, or as a leader and owner of restaurants... What happened? Will you only care about money and what tourists say about your food? Peru is key. Peru is Gastronomy. Care more about peruvians clients.The waiters' service was exceptional, always attentive and willing to explain everything to us.
The food was delicious, with original combinations that can't be found elsewhere, and the dishes were super abundant.
