Dishes are well-seasoned and have generous portions. They have a small wine list that meets the needs of many people. They can combine tables if you're going with a group. We found the service and cleanliness of the entire staff to be excellent.

The bread was good but wasn’t impressed with everything else.A waiter also silently dropped off a bowl of bland, tasteless Nata which we were charged for. We thought it was free because we weren’t asked and their excuse was that we tried it. Of course we are going to try something if someone silently drops off something at our table like it is included with something we ordered.I also didn’t enjoy asking the question “does this contain insects or no?” While ordering but that’s just my personal preference.

I like the Cardinal's food, and this branch has the same level of the original, with traditional, intense flavors and aromas, and a variety for all tastes.The service is excellent.
