Really nice accidental find. Awesome service and good food. They do have live music.Do get the Palomas as in the pic. Came back 3 weeks later: It's getting harder to leave my hometown of Mexico City. Once again at El Mexicano restaurant. This is the one place I can say represents Mexico to me. A must. Update. 5 years later still our favorite restaurant in Mexico City. I can't stop coming here when I'm the city.

The food is good. What's not to like is that they ask for a 15% tip, minimum. Be prepared.
