Asked for a medium done New York steak and got a well done steak. Took over one hour to receive the food. Novello used to be my favorite restaurant in Comayagua, not any longer. Horrible food and service.

I like it from the moment you enter the restaurant everything is warm and cozy, first attention, the food the exquisite menu and I like that although it is very small the physical space has a very special concept in the style of restaurants in the United States and the Baltic countries of Europe

I am American and I come from Texas. I come to Honduras frequently and recently ate at El Novillo in Comayagua. The ambience is nice and the waiter was great. I came with a party of three and two of us in my party ordered the same New York steak The first one that came was a stellar 15 oz steak exactly as ordered, the second one that came had a side substitution that they chose and came 50% inedible due to the over abundant of fat. First, they should be ashamed to serve such a poor quality cut of beef. Secondly they should have notified me that there would need to be a substitution so that I could make it. 😢

At the table of 4 people everyone is served at the same time, it is seen that they do not have good management of kitchen times

Excellent service with very helpful treatment. When answering our questions, they were able to promptly provide detailed explanations and suggestions about their dishes. The menu is very varied in both prices and dishes. We tried the typical mixed plate and a beef Milanese, which I'd like to mention is the best I've had in Honduras to date. Overall, the portions are quite generous for the price. We will definitely return to this place, not only for its attentive service but also for its quality and exquisite dishes. As an extra note, for those interested, they have a very good sangria. I highly recommend visiting this place.
