The service was severely lacking, the bathroom was unhygienic, the customer service was inappropriate, and the atmosphere was tainted by the smell of fried food. I thought about a better place, but I was disappointed. The fries resembled a sponge soaked in oil, and the chicken was salty on one side and unsalted on the other.
The worst part was that they made me pay only in cash and didn't want me to pay with a debit card; thank goodness I had some money.Terrible service...

The problem is that it is such a popular place and so small that it is practically mandatory to wait in line to get in to eat, and its strong point is the broaster, so other dishes or drinks are quite limited.Terrible service and small amount of foodThe stupidity of your chef... And the lack of importance with your customers... I hope they don't choose this restaurant.The food is fresh and is only prepared, especially the broasther chicken, at the time the order is placed.
Between 1 PM and 3 PM there is a large influx of diners that it is almost mandatory to wait in line.
The innovation is that now they do sell hot mates based on the product they sell.The food was very good but the organization was very poor and the lack of restrooms was too scarce, only one bathroom for so many people.
