Excellent professional service.

The waiters treated me very badly. It took 30 minutes for a waiter to come and greet us. The waiters looked at my family, whispered, and laughed. I found it very uncomfortable. I do not recommend it. And the second time, they gave the excuse that the kitchen gas had run out, and they only notified us at our table that it would take an hour to fix it. They even made us pay for 1 water and 2 juices after the problem.

Maybe I didn't go on a good day for the cook, because the food took a while, it came cold, the risotto was salty, they're not flexible, because they don't have food for children and they only had rice. I asked them to add some fish broth to make it more moist, they said it wasn't possible... the food is super expensive. But anyway, it's not worth the view.

The experience at this restaurant is surreal, it's like being in the sea and almost being there. Excellent service, same food, indescribable place... Super cold chops. I loved it and of course I highly recommend it 👍🥳

I dont know why the waiter ask the guests what they would like to order and brings them later something else this is not acceptable very unprofessional people working there. I would not come anymore. What is the point of asking what the guest wants when he brings you 2 diffrent things, have never seen something like this. He just made me very angry.

I went to Illa Mare for breakfast with high expectations, as it's a highly-regarded place and the prices are higher. But unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I waited about 50 minutes for my order, and when it arrived, the items were cold.Given the name and price, I expected more care in both the service and the food. I left a little disappointed, feeling it wasn't worth the time and money.It was a shame; I don't plan on returning.

I went for breakfast at Illa Mare, which is super hyped and overpriced, expecting a decent experience. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. I waited 50 minutes for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, everything was cold.I left frustrated and feeling like I'd wasted my time and money. Given the reputation and the prices, I expected much more attention to detail in the service and food quality.I don't recommend it, and honestly, I don't plan on returning.

The waiters are terrible. We ate at this restaurant and they didn't bring us what we ordered. Horrible service. Bread for today, hunger for tomorrow. It seems the owner doesn't care about his business. Are the waiters drunk?
