Bad service, there are too many and serving a grilled chicken for more than half an hourThe delivery order was placed, and it took them over 1:30 to deliver the order, only to claim they had delivered it to someone else. As a result, the order never arrived.Terrible customer service. Some waitresses show signs of disgust when you ask for service, which is a total lack of respect. Another point to keep in mind is that it takes a long time to deliver the food.The waiter's attention was terrible, the cutlery was dirty. When I complained, I mentioned that please change the cutlery holder and clean it, showing it to me in front of my family, which I found disrespectful. He also made a gesture like, "Who are you telling me... it's easy to clean and don't bother me later." The plate he gave us was dirty!I go almost regularly, but now they no longer give you the cutlery in boiling water. It used to be excellent service, but there was only one lady who served like that. Now they give you the cutlery just washed in water and that's it. It should continue the same way, which greatly helps their service, apart from the tips that could be given to the ladies. Their wait time, like their customers, takes a while; sometimes they make you leave the paper on their table so they can deliver your takeout order when they remember.
