I recommend this restaurant. I ordered the ribeye steak with vegetables and potatoes. The meat was excellent: cooked to perfection, well seasoned and the portion was generous. The vegetables and potatoes were also very tasty.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience, and to make matters worse, I was with guests. When I ordered a drink, I asked the waiter (who seemed to be the manager): "What do you have with zero?" He replied: "Coke, Guaraná and Sprite". I ordered a Sprite that came regular. I showed my dissatisfaction and asked again, "What do you have with zero?" He replied "Coke and Guaraná". He did not apologize or offer to exchange it. My husband had to drink the regular Sprite. When my plate arrived, my meat was cooked wrong, it was very well done and I had asked for vegetables and they sent potatoes. The same waiter offered to exchange it, saying it would be quick, but I declined. When I had already eaten more than half of the plate, another waiter threw a bowl of vegetables on our table, without saying anything at all. It was quite embarrassing and unnecessary. It's a shame, it's a place I really liked to go to but I don't recommend it anymore, the service and the service was really bad.

I came for lunch with my husband and two children and we were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and super pleasant atmosphere at La Macelleria.We were greeted with excellent service by Luiz — attentive and friendly from start to finish.The dishes are simply divine: tasty, well-served and at a fair price. An experience that warms the heart (and the stomach).I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I have lunch at Lourdes's at least twice a week! Honestly, the food is good, the price is fair, but the service is getting worse every day. Today it ended up being super empty and the food came very quickly. I had just started the salad and asked the waitress to please wait a little longer and put it in a warmer so that the soup-based food wouldn't get so cold. She said there was no way to put the food on the table. I insisted politely and she angrily and shaking her head went to the cook who also didn't bother to shake his head. I left the salad and asked him to wrap up my lunch. I paid and left. Even if I were just passing by, I wouldn't be able to justify it. I know that labor is hard to come by, but the chain deserves attention. This isn't the first time I've complained, and I've even ignored it before, but honestly I only insist because it's right next to my office. The waitress is relatively new. I called the manager, who is always very kind, but apparently embarrassed, he told me to deliver it to me. Just be careful because all the waiters are indifferent and have been there for a long time. I don't understand. I hope they improve. I was quite upset.

IT HAS GOT WORSE TERRIBLY!! THE SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE. THE MAÎTRE IS UNPREPARED, RUDE AND UNPLEASANT. THE MEAT WAS AWFUL. I HAVE HAD BETTER SERVICE AT A ROADSIDE BAR!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

Very good experience, fast and efficient service. The food was very good, the meat was delivered exactly as I asked. The rice portion was very generous. I highly recommend it.
