Whenever I can, I return to this little corner of affection and good service in Salvador. The food is always well prepared and well served.

I placed an order through Ifood and it was canceled an hour later. The family with children were unable to have lunch because they canceled the order at 1:36 pm. Terrible service!

Pasta em Casa was on my list of recommendations for visiting Salvador… and I can say that the last dinner of the trip will remain in my memory. Wonderful atmosphere, good food and something that really elevates the experience in any restaurant: EXCEPTIONAL service. Extremely attentive waiters who take care of every detail (Thiago and Santiago). We ordered a pizza, wine and the house tiramisù (it is simply divine).

The experience with Restaurant Week was deplorable. They charge the price for three courses when, in reality, the appetizer and dessert are completely laughable. Apparently, they just wanted to capitalize on the situation and increase the average ticket price, without paying any attention to the food served. There was no regard for standardizing dessert sizes, for example. Apparently, the size was determined by the waiter's discretion. It even seemed like a tantrum because the restaurant was full.

Great. The problem in the area is the lack of parking.

If you want to eat pasta in Salvador and you can't go wrong, go to Pasta em Casa. The food is amazing!*Edit: I recently went back to Pasta em Casa (May 2025) and I want to say that the pasta is still very good. I recommend it!

We spent my birthday week in Salvador, at a hotel in Rio Vermelho, and left this restaurant for our last night. Despite the attentive service from Tiago and the staff, the pasta experience was disastrous. After a merely average starter of Calabresa bread (actually a kind of pizza dough roll), my friend ordered fettuccine with pesto and I ordered green raviolini with buffalo mozzarella, also with pesto (which I requested instead of pomodoro sauce), both "al dente." When our dishes arrived, not only was the pasta overcooked, but the pesto sauce didn't taste like pesto; I doubt it even had basil in it. The raviolini was good and even "edible," even though it was overcooked, but the fettuccine was inedible. Upon returning the nearly full plate, the maître d', Santiago, kindly came to inquire about the problem and apologize, offering to replace the dish. We declined, thanked them, and finally, they didn't charge us for the fettuccine. A shame, but now we know where to return, and especially where not to return, on our next trip to Salvador.
