There's no way to comment on the meal. Because I ordered at 12:30, it's already 1:12 and the dish hasn't come out.

It took a long time; I waited 43 minutes for my order. Several identical dishes came out in front of me, ones they bought after me. What's more, the dish is nothing like what's described. Orange chicken is actually chicken with a lot of oil. I'll never go back, and this is a warning to anyone who wants to eat it. They tell you one thing and deliver another.

It's always been my favorite place for lunch or dinner, but this time the vegetables left something to be desired. The preparation was careless. There were spoiled green beans, sautéed with mold spots, which shows the lack of care in the preparation. Are they hiring someone unprepared to make the garnish? What a shame... I'll look for another restaurant now.

We ordered a FULL portion of grilled tilapia, but to our surprise, we received less than two whole fillets. The portion was ridiculously small; I was even embarrassed by the dish I received. I asked if it was the full portion, but the waitress had the nerve to tell me it contained 700g of tilapia. I'll never buy from this place again.

Although my family and I are frequent customers of this chain, we were disappointed with the service and lack of flexibility at the Patio Brasil Shopping location. My daughter's simple request for a sauce on the side was refused. Even though we argued that at all other locations our request was always met without question, and even when we asked to speak to the manager (who was not in at the time), the request was completely ignored. We were even told that it wouldn't be resolved since the prohibition on adding sauce on the side was ordered by the manager herself. It was such a frustrating and absurd situation, for so little, and the location's behavior was so intransigent, that we gave up on eating there and looked for another restaurant in the food court.

Cold rice. They could have at least heated it up in the microwave. The rest of the food (which was freshly prepared—fish and potatoes) was hot. But the rice was cold.
