Definitely one of my favorite places to eat, both in Gdl and around the world ;). A loyal follower for over 5 years, the service, the food, and the simple atmosphere (without all the fuss) are always a delight. This time, we discovered new dishes that fascinated us with their flavor and contrast. We tried: scallop aguachile, octopus with potatoes, bao, pork belly tacos, and New York steak. All carefully curated. We paired the meal with a glass of Cabernet Franc and the pineapple and mezcal cocktail, both delicious drinks. For dessert, we went all out with the cinnamon brioche, banana bread, and mango semi-freddo—ALL delicious! Obviously, the service is excellent, friendly, and super-professional. Always happy to recommend and try again.

We were passing through the city looking for a pleasant place with honest and sophisticated food. Allium was the best place we could find.The service is warm and attentive. The servers work as a team, have affection for the restaurant, and are very pleasant. The food is exquisite. It's clear that the culinary project is personal. We ordered the tiradito with pineapple, the asparagus risotto, fish with green mole, duck magret, and mamey pana cota. We were constantly surprised (and danced a little with joy) with each dish.Everything is thought out, and they take care of their products. From the appetizers to the teas and wines, and although the food is vast, it falls gently on the stomach.Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We will return 🌱

Impeccable food. The place is a bit plain. The escamoles tostada was very good, but with too much bread. The wine selection was a bit weak.
