Whenever we go to Puerto Cortés, we have lunch at the restaurant because the food is so good. The beef (because I don't eat seafood or fish) doesn't taste like seafood and is cooked just right, leaving it tender and flavorful. However, those who do eat fish will also find a very good selection and a variety of dishes.The atmosphere, the times we've been there, has always included a live band. What they should improve is the bathrooms, which are left dirty by customers, making it uncomfortable to go in even to wash your hands.

They are overcharging me like 400 lps if I don't ask for the bill, they are stealing my advice, ask for your bill and check your account, the tip was not deserved, as if you agreed with the waiter to charge more.

You should at least wait for people to get off the cars and wait a moment to offer your services.

Terrible service from the waiter; arrogant, distracted, and unfriendly. On Sunday, I went with my family for lunch, and the food was excellent. However, the waiter got angry when we asked questions about the dishes. He didn't even write down our order. He misrepresented our order, and even got upset when we politely asked him not to. Aside from that, the seasoning was excellent and the atmosphere pleasant. They should provide better training for the staff, as this is the third time we've been here, and it's the first time they've treated us this way.
