Nice place with great food. I had a bad experience because they didn't let me use the restroom, telling me I had to eat first. Even though I had to wait in line to order, they wouldn't let me in. Very bad customer service. First time this has happened to me!

Good place, good service, it's good to go and have a good time with family or as a couple.

Excellent food, excellent atmosphere but somewhat slow service

It is very interactive, good atmosphere and theme. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, lack of staff. It is a wait of almost 2 hours to receive the food and drink, the service is very slow and they do not take the orders well which delays even more since they ask what you ordered multiple times. The service does not do justice to the aesthetics or the food.
