This was honestly the best meal we had during our week in the Yucatán! The fusion of flavors was creative and masterfully presented. You must try the fried cauliflower croquettes! The aubergine mole was a wonderful surprise with the picaña steak. And the meat simply fell off the pork ribs. Enjoy!

I don't see a problem with it being expensive, nor with the fact that they don't have some items on the menu, BUT they lie about it, that's annoying! I ordered mezcal and asked if they served it with maguey worm salt, and the waiter said yes, that it came with a little chili when it was brought out. He also said the octopus came with Valladolid sausage, and when it was served, it had some crumbs of any store-bought chorizo. The only good thing about it is the cold beer and its location. Since we were watching the spectacle in the plaza, we stayed for a while, but I wouldn't go back or recommend it. I wish they paid more attention to their servers, because it's not about selling for the sake of selling, but about making the customer want to come back. My fortnightly salary suffered from being wasted there.

Very nice food end excellent service

A gastronomic gem in every sense. At Rosa Sur 32, every dish is an explosion of flavor, the desserts are the perfect finishing touch, and the wine list is carefully curated. But what really makes the difference is Andrés's service: warm, professional, and always attentive to every detail. Without a doubt, a place to return to again and again.

The catch of the day was fantastic, it was a sea bass with pineapple puree. The beef tacos and guacamole were standout as well

The food was deliciousssss. The duck panuchos, eggplant and braised beef dishes were flavorful and well balanced. We finished our dinner with the caramel figs with mascarpone cream and pollen ice cream -- luscious, decadent, yet light and aromatic this dessert gets a 10. I was quite disappointed to see a "vegetable risotto" charged on the bill for 250 MXN (about 10 euros / 12 dollars). After bringing it to the waiter's attention, the price was reduced by half, but even then, it did not reflect what I had actually received.~~~ I don't appreciate this kind of treatment.I specifically ordered plain white rice for health reasons, even though it was not on the menu.
