The food is tasty and varied, but the service is not good. Regarding the environment, the music is extremely loud.

Excellent sushi buffet… the waiter service isn't very attentive; we've called them and they never come, especially if it's late at night. Today I was shocked by the size of the tea cup… they present it as "green tea with ginger and lemon" and serve you a capsule tea the size of an espresso, which is incredible! How can a "Japanese" restaurant not have teapots and serve herbal tea like the people do?! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 and the worst of all is that they charge you 8.5 reais…. Unacceptable.

I was recently at the Taikan restaurant in Asa Sul and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food was below expectations, with flavor and quality below what one would expect from a restaurant of this size. Furthermore, at no time was I served by a waiter, which demonstrated a lack of concern for customer service.The ambiance also left something to be desired: there was no background music, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and the atmosphere, in general, unpleasant. To top it all off, the prices charged were quite high, especially considering the quality of the experience offered.I hope this review is taken into account so that improvements can be made, both in the service and in the structure and quality of the dishes.
