The experience itself is good, but it joins the ranks of Instagrammable restaurants. You can go to some tacos or a small market and it'll taste better and cheaper. I tried the tetela de lengua (tongue tee), and the tongue wasn't as tender. The tortillas were nothing special. The duck salpicón (duck salad) tastes more like herbs than duck. The lip quesabirria (beef lip quesabirria) is very expensive for what it is. The beef tail (tail) is chewy. It's a fancy experience for the price AND THAT'S IT. The dessert is very good. It's worth giving a thumbs-up for the experience, and that's it.

A place where the food is delicious, and the service is exceptional, and the history and explanation of each dish are a 10.

We went for the 12-course tasting experience and it was incredible. The quality and flavors of the dishes were excellent. It's expensive, but worth it. I highly recommend it!

One of my favorite restaurants in the world

I loved it. I've been there a couple of times, and the food has always been delicious. The open-plan dining experience is always pleasant. Their selection of artisanal wines is delicious. I tried an orange one that I loved.
